Peer Momentum Group access
Focus on intentional growth of your leadership skills with the support of our community. Peer Momentum Groups are led by our Coaching for Leaders Fellows and provide you with regular, personal support through a small group of peer leaders.
Real-time advice from experts
The monthly Expert Chats will provide personal insight you can’t get from simply listening to video courses or podcast episodes. Experts will respond to questions in real time to address the immediate concerns and needs of all members.
Ongoing insight from Dave
Dave hosts twice-monthly Ask Dave Anything events to respond to whatever is on your mind. Join in live with Dave and other members to explore relevant questions in real-time.
Peer learning through Give & Ask
Twice monthly, you are invited to join our Give & Ask events, a live, interactive gathering where we come together to support and learn from each other in a fun way. Bring two things to this event: First, a give: something that can be briefly shared with other leaders in the community to be helpful to them. Second, an ask: a question, challenge, or a request for help or insight.
Regular connection with other leaders
Our online community provides continual access to other leaders to discuss recent episodes, share resources, find answers to problems, and celebrate wins.
Member Guidelines
Kindness
Our community is a safe place for all of us to ask for help, share ideas, and get better. Perspective, experiences, and different opinions are welcome and part of the value we receive from this space. When members offer an idea or suggestion, I ask them to do it with kindness and grace.
Confidentiality
In order for members to best help each other, it’s sometimes prudent to share information about careers, colleagues, or organizations. As a result, all members are expected to keep conversations in our community confidential.
No Self-Promotion
Our members seek the experiences, wisdom, and objective perspective from other leaders. Many of us regularly recommend books, organizations, and services to each other that will help support our goals.
While resource sharing is welcome and encouraged, self-promotion is not. I ask that members refrain from promoting any organizations, products, or services they have a personal or financial interest in.
Your Membership Will Renew Annually
Your membership will automatically renew after 12 months. Prior to your membership coming to a close, we’ll be in touch with a reminder so you may cancel your membership before it renews in any future year.
A Final Note
I (Dave Stachowiak) and our Coaching for Leaders Fellows facilitate many of our live events and engage regularly inside the membership portal. So, you’ll see our input in a lot of places and conversations.
While I will encourage all of us to connect and support each other, both myself and our Fellows are not able to provide personal coaching as part of your Pro membership. If that’s a concern for you or you are seeking 1:1 support, please contact me before activating your membership.
