Apply for the Coaching for Leaders Academy

Thanks for your interest in the Coaching for Leaders Academy. The following are minimum qualifications for membership:

1. You must be a manager, executive, or business owner (i.e. you have direct reports) in a business that generates at least $500,000 USD or equivalent in annual revenue OR you must be a manager, administrator, executive, or executive director (i.e. you have direct reports) of a government agency, NGO, academic institution, or non-profit that receives at least $500,000 USD or equivalent in annual funding.
2. You agree to attend a minimum of 13 out of 16 of your cohort's live sessions via video-conference. That’s 2-3 sessions per month of 90-minutes each. Your meeting day and time will be consistent once your cohort's schedule is set — and all dates for the 8-month program will be published at the start of the program. Your cohort will meet 16 times over the 8 months.
3. You agree, if selected, that you’ll adhere to the guidelines and values of the Academy, including confidentiality of all internal dialogue.
4. You agree to make a commitment to eight months membership, for cohort consistency and to facilitate building long-term relationships. Please note there is no membership option to suspend/stop during the program, as the same 6-7 leaders work together during the entire 8 months.
5. You have fast, reliable internet access and agree to use a camera to participate via video-conference during our live sessions.
6. You agree to give feedback to improve the Academy for all members.
7. Regardless of locale, you are conversationally proficient in English, as all Academy sessions are conducted in English.

$6,500 USD

Please note that due to limited space and the personal nature of our cohorts, the full tuition is due at the start of your Academy cohort. I encourage prospective Academy members to seek professional development funding through their organization, if available.

If you meet the qualifications above and are in good alignment with the Academy, I will select you for a personal interview with me, Dave Stachowiak, conducted between us via video-conference. If we both determine you're an ideal fit for the Academy, a formal invitation to join our membership may follow.
